About Precision Admission

Background
Golda Steier is an independent college admissions consultant and owner of Precision Admission, located in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. Serving students and their families in Bucks and Montgomery Counties, Philadelphia and South Jersey, and all over the world, Golda is passionate and knowledgeable about current college admissions practices and trends.

Golda completed her formal education at the University of Pennsylvania, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics (Wharton School), and a Juris Doctor degree from the Law School. Additional education includes the UCLA Certificate in College Counseling, the IECA Summer Training Institute in Independent College Consulting, and various professional seminars and workshops. Her professional organizations include IECA (Independent Educational Consultants Association), NACAC (National Association for College Admission Counseling), and HECA (Higher Education Consultants Association). Golda frequently visits college campuses across the country.

You’ll receive expert advice about writing your college essays and resume, as well as tips for teacher recommendations, interviews, financial aid and more.

No matter where you are in the college search and admissions process, Precision Admission can help. As early as 9th grade, we can review your student’s profile and make recommendations about course selection, extracurricular activities, and standardized testing. By 10th grade, we can also give you guidelines about visiting colleges. In 11th grade, Precision Admission provides a wide variety of services to meet your needs with the college search and admissions process.
